The question is if you were Motive or one those con note hedge funds and you liked it at paying 31 cents for pref shares, what would you buy ordinary shares for on aus market for?
I also think with 50m coming from motive you already know the dilution of ordinary shares - 50m gets you a lot of runway. If further capital raises are needed in the future it's going to be at least a few years away, and the company will have either made it or not by then.
All speculation of course, IMO DYOR etc etc.
