To determine if the shares are worthless or not is the only challenge. There will be games played by those selling out only.

Your logic and "market thinks" argument against ramper holders is therefore a bit backwards here.

Each share will be given a new SP valuation based on private valuation once off ASX which could land anywhere and current holders cost bases are locked in...current SP is therefore meaningless to holders.

There is no point in SP being high for holders as there is no capital raises required on the ASX in future...its got private capital....curent SP is therefore meaningless to holders.

There is 0 benefit for a ramper who is continuing to hold shares to need or even want the SP to increase so why even ramp is the question? (assuming they are ramping for a purpose, I disagree and see it as normal people just sharing information they are finding on here)

The only benefit of a higher SP is if someone is trying to sell out and get a few extra bucks for their holding...so are the rampers (or market) actually ramping to sell for a few extra $...if thats the case its the sellers who the "market" is actually disagreeing with.

That should be your argument. Ramping to get out should be your accusation here. Holders dont care about SP, only sellers care about SP and market is currently more a reflection of seller sentiment, not buyer/holder.

However...since your post the SP has gone up to 4.7c and is 10% above 4c.
It aged well. Market therefore disagrees with your...
"Blah blah. Even the market thinks that’s BS. SP stuck at 0.04$"

Its time to change your argument to the most logical one.... "rampers are sellers" and not the dumb argument of "rampers are holders who are trying hard but failing to lift the SP for no reason and market agrees"

Games will be played transferring shares from those wanting out for as much as they can salvage and those who want more for as little as possible.
