I haven't given any financial advice, but have presented facts which otherwise were not going to be considered. I've asked many people who insulted me to show me where I am wrong - no one has ever even tried because they would not have a clue.

Alternatively, you are telling others here that people have 2-3 weeks to invest in a company which as a private company will have no market cap. It will have $30 mil USD invested into it, with a history of spending up big and losing $275 mil of investors' money. Hopefully that will change, but you need to explain how the current holders get taken along on the ride.
