Did anyone ask a question why SPT moves over to Cayman Island entirely?
Afterpay bought by Square and remain a foothold with ASX SZL went to NASDAC and yet remains with ASX Tax benefit - I think this is not the only purpose.
I don't these are coincidence.
At the end of the day, this is just like a marriage, one takes the oath and one takes the consequence.
