It is true Z1p have problems that spt do not have.
Z1p have revenue (approx 300m last 6 months) but they are struggling to find a path to profitability with this revenue.
SPT do not have that problem as they have no revenue (approx 6m last 6 months.)
In Q3 2021 spt had 3300 merchants, in Q4 they did not report total merchants only active merchants which was a paltry 1250. IMO they where covering up that they have more merchants that they no longer do business with (at least 2000) than active merchants.
I would not buy either
