"My question is why would anyone who doesnt own or ever planning to buy the stock want comment on it ?"

I and most people have an interest in many things that they dont own, I have an interest in F1 racing but I dont own a F1 car, same with stocks. My background is IT and I once owned SPT shares but baled around $1.40 when it was clear they couldnt generate significant revenue. Once I sold I still retained an interest, that's human nature. Many uprampers have posed your question, seems some dont like negative commentary even if it is deserved.

Good luck to those who have held their shares, usually the supplier of the capital that bales the company out of a hole is the one that takes the lion share of the spoils, Slater and Gordon is a good example, their shares where equiv of $800 at one point (the investor did a 1 for 100 consolidation) and after the stock recovered it was sold and retail investors got 55c a share.
