The delay (expected and not a delay) is most likely that the final private company does not yet exist yet.

It has to be meged amd caymanised, ATO rulings etc.

You will be notified by email with dates when these things are done.

No point wasting time daily looking for a listing.
For now it is a wait until told further of dates.
