Plenty of things needed to occur for the listing on primary markets to meet that deadline.
Personally I am confused as to why people held thinking primary markets is the end goal and are anticipating it listing. Its a out for those desperate to sell so would make sense wanting it in a few years time. Not day 1.
I wont make an account.
