"Have any of your splitit shares moved over to primary markets yet ?"
My understanding from the recent email sent to holders with a link to a FAQ was that's not how it works.
10. What do I need to doto prepare to trade on PrimaryMarkets
Step 1: You do not need to transfer your shares to PrimaryMarkets. You retain them on your existing share registry (Automic). Please confirm with Automic either by checking your latest holding statement to see your share balance and new SRN (a number beginning with “i”, refer to Point 1 for more information). If you have any questions about this or have not yet received your holding statement, please email Automic group at [email protected] with your registered name and address on your shareholding as well as your HIN or SRN number.
Step 2: Register/Login to PrimaryMarkets at https://www.primarymarkets.com Please ensure you register in your personal name that your shares are held under. If your shares are under a joint, company, or trust/super account you can click “Add new trading entity” to add this profile to your account to trade through Please note, you do not need to complete your AML/KYC until the point at which you intend to buy or sell shares. If you have less than $500 in shares to sell, you will not be able to sell through PrimaryMarkets. As discussed in Point 9 above, other options are being explored for small parcels.
Step 3: Find Splitit in the list of companies and click “Buy” or “Sell” and enter in the details of your order. When PrimaryMarkets matches your order (this is not an automatic process) they will email you with next steps
Step 3. is the relevant part.
