That is what Splitit has to counter - they distribute Installments through banks and card issuers, advertise to card users and they are all over each other. Meanwhile Splitit has to sell its services to merchants at a much higher price. That explains why Splitit Ltd never got any meaningful income and folded before it was pushed into Administration
