$2B MSV turn over about $50m in revenue.
I can’t be totally sure but I’m confident SPT have been 700m to 1billion in shares. Nandan has mentioned a 1.3% gross margin which equated to about $26m in gross profit (we have to remove running costs now). My understanding is that the business costs about $40m to run e.g salaries, rent, r&d etc. If you want 6c in dividends we need roughly $10 billion in MSV. And I’m not sure how the dividend structure works with motive partners so I’m assuming we will need more that $10b in MSV
