That was put on Primary Markets with no notice to shareholders. I found out about that ‘plan’ on HC!
I am happy with what Nandan has said on the Motive Partners podcast but I also found out about that on HC.
Hopefully we will be sent a proper financial report and future prospects in the New Year.

When I spoke with Automic, he did say SPT are listing on the CSX and that we would need to get a broker in the Cayman Islands.
