Doubt it.
Currently most shares are held by previous ASX investors (Australians etc).
I dont think Australians can get an account or trade on it.
So not many other shares would be available to trade on it for liquidity. Other shares are management and investors, who also most likely wont be interested in selling either.
No need to raise capital as Motive is backing it straight up with funds currently for next few years.
Hence Primary markets was used as its for its current shareholder base. (Note I say "was used"...there is no reason they need to be on primary markets as it was only a courtesy to allow Australian holders to sell if they absolutely needed the $100 their shares would go for)
