    It not really going to be a surprise when they do a cap raise of some description.
    Blind freddy can see it coming.

    Despite your comment being an attempt at a negative the new CEO seeking funds to pursue his vision might get some positive SP action if the plan/vision is clearly outlayed and combined with something bigger to give shareholder additional confidence.

    Wait and see I guess.
