    If you don't pay off your card of course you will pay interest. At least on your $1000 bike though you will only pay interest on the $100 first payment. I guess though if you missed that first payment you probably deserve to pay interest as you seem to believe that payments don't need to be made.

    At least the merchant will be paid and SPT will charge the balance to your card and leave it up to MC or Visa to chase your bad debt.

    No bad debt for SPT.
