I agree that by looking at the trading patterns that this stock is being forced down.
I agree that NWE will see a bounce back to the mid 3c mark by friday. However, im not too fussed whether NWE is trading between 3c and 4.5c, because once the JV is announced this stock will easily be worth 5-6c MINIMUM. So until the JV(i cant see it taking more than another month or so) these are fantastic levels to buy at!
I don't want to ramp on about everything that NWE has up its sleeve but this is a real bargain and a great entry point.
I was one who did take some profits at the 4c mark but i have began accumulating at 3.2c and 3.3c and will hold all the way!
