I know people hate to hear of 10 baggers but this is as good a chance of being one
- Currently 30M shares on issue and 30M options (ex 20c, September 2012). Shares last traded at 19.5c.
- floated in 2007 as a cash-box. Have on Thursday found a project
- all old Extract management on board - Peter McIntyre etc.
- they have done extensive research to find a project
- the way the deal is structured is that the vendors only get the majority of their shares on completion of BFS and production
- even fully diluted when all these shares are issued there would be 110M shares on issue.
- project looks very advanced and is in a prosperous African country (as per the World Bank).
- very illiquid so will not suit everyone but a must for a portfolio...
