    ACZ...

    - 30 miliion shares and 30 million options (ex 20c)
    - management are the same as old Extract - took EXT from 20c to $10
    - cleverly vended in a project (in Zambia which is considered one of the safest countries after looking for a project for 3 years) where original vendors only get shares based on milestones
    -$3M in cash and capped at $6M
    - very smart
    - directors own a big chunk
    - illiquid so not for everyone?

    Anyone else have any thoughts?
