Howdy All

Biggest Cheese is simply a disgruntled ex AVQ SH who has found his way onto the AUL threads through Ryan Mount who is AUL's 2nd largest SH, but is also the guy running AVQ. BC thinks that RM and Co. are simple "scam artists" and only here to P&D AUL and have duped him over at AVQ and hence the scaremongering posts.

He has no evidence to back up these claims and has been bleating elsewhere (over and over ad nauseum...) that this is a "DUD", "scam", etc. with impunity and now feels the need to do similar on HC, but in a more moderated tone!

Simply put, the 2 "pass" (I assume he means "past") Co's he refers to were involved with previous management, not the new management. The BoD and MD of those days in the MNM "brown coal" era are no longer involved with AUL.

The new management have:

- relinquished all brown coal assets to focus purely on gold (and hence the name change from Mantle Mining to AuStar Gold) to reduce costs and tenement lic spend.
- relinquished other gold projects to focus on the MS and RoD project in Woods Point, which they ascertained had the greatest potential upside.
- have organised and transacted the purchase of the MS, RoD, processing plant and its 650 km2 of tenements from Chillee/administrator.
- have recruited experienced mining operators/production specialists to get the MS project moving forward and drilling program in place at RoD.
- have negotiated the sale of the GC/CT gold project and continuing the completion of the sale of Norton in near future.
- undertaking discussions with JV partner Minjar/Shandong re the exploration/mapping/etc. of the highly prospective RoD mine...

...and amongst other things, have moved AUL from an explorer to potential gold producer commencing today...

...this should not be underestimated considering the hurdles they have had to overcome and the frugality with which this has been done.

Additionally, I have yet to witness where any ann made by this current management has not come to fruition (and I am happy to be corrected on that point).

They basically "do what they say they are going to do".
