Just got be patient mate, they will announce share holder vote shortly with the extra shares to be allotted by the end of the month (Pending Approval). IMO the news will flow quickly from this point onwards with several milestones to be meet in the next 6 months prior to a decision on the rail funding. I hope this tests 2.1c as I would love to top up and would get rid of that gap on the chart, cant see this going below that point though with the raising and the volume that has gone through at these levels. 

The share price pull back is nothing to worry about, its been on next to no volume and due to the chart failing to push thorough 2.7c a few weeks back. Very few speculative stocks doing well at the moment
