The Government considers that Shiveekhuren-Saike railway will be constructed with a narrow gauge and will be constructed together with the Nariinsukhait-Shiveekhuren railway line. Thus, coal exports will increase to 18-20 million tonnes a year. Therefore, the draft resolution of the Parliament Resolution # 64 on "Measures to Implement State Policy on Railway Transportation" will be submitted to the "Nariinsukhait-Shiveekhuren" project.
With the railway to Nariinsukhait-Shiveekhuren, there are many advantages of coal export and port capacity triple, transportation costs decreased by 2-4 times, and negative impact on the environment and ecology.
The Nariinsukhait group says that Syarahatar, Minister of Mining and Industry, said that the Nariinsukhait group will support 50% of the mining exports of the mining sector. The Government Media and Public Relations Department said that mining companies should support enterprises operating there .
