Jethro, that is probably correct. They would be referring to the various regulatory bodies that approvals would need to be sought from and also any native title owners. This is standard for any mining or exploration activity - you have to seek approval from the relevant govemrnment departments and native title owners. I think the different bodies they need to negotiate with were mentioned in one of BAU's announcements.
