I will have a look at the link you provided. My major

concern with Dunlop1's post was the implied statement that

Alcoa and Worsley were still the legal tenement holders in

the South Darling area BAU are applying for...clearly this

is not the case and as you quite rightly pointed out the

State Agreement in this instance would directly relate to

certain environmental concerns...I may have taken the tone

of your post totally out of context Dunlop1 and if I have I

wholeheartedly apologize...just thought I would seek

clarification on this one issue as it is a fairly important

one!
