Few months ago I raised the issue with Luke Aitkins in regard to state agreement and they seemed extremely relaxed about situation. His response was the reason I bought in bau in the first place. Also raised environmental issues such as Water catchment areas, forests etc and he stated that there will be no issue arising as majority of tenenment particularly muchea was on former agricultural land that had already been cleared. If concerned about state agreement best to call luke to find out possible implications but seemed to remember he stated that BAU will not be affected which obviously contradicts what was stated in report.Cannot recall exact response. Any way with environmental guidelines etc in place, unlike the 60's and 70's where companies were faced with a lot of grey areas now it is a majority of times, black and white. Companies know what is expected of them and can thus satisfy those requirements.
