FMG have acquired a lot of tenement ground and then picked the best looking tenements.
BRM have been very choosy with the tenements they have acquired and applied for. Most of the tenements BRM have applied for are small in size,but look to be very prospective for iron ore and close to rail or future rail lines.
I think Wayne's time with BHP and perhaps others on the Directorate who have been with the likes of BHP and Rio have helped pick these tenements they have applied for.
Acquiring large blocks of land and then looking for the iron ore would cost a lot of time and money.
