On a more important issue every mine coming on for development has BEE ownership of between 24 and 33%.It is law in SA.A normal part of doing business there.And when there are rail problems even iron ore and coal is road transported depending on commodity prices.Whether this project gets mining or not doesn't affect the biggest industry there which is mining and transport.DYOR.
