Of course the appeal stands. I showed you when it was announced it was a price sensitive ASX announcement. Now under ASX protocol they have to announce if it were dismissed. Not only that WWI would trumpet the announcement, they surely wouldn’t hide it in a quarterly. You say you are an experienced investor, but this line of questioning and reasoning is absolutely absurd. It’s beyond ridiculous.
Of course they won’t use haul trucks, they are geared and built for different work. But they still have to ‘haul’ or carry the ore as quoted. Now in just the 3rd year you have 800,000 tonnes of ore.
