Just out of interest this is an extract from SA mining regs and permitting law."The holding of a MR granted after 27 Sept. 2018 must achieve a minimum 30% HDSA holding .It must include economic interest and proportional voting rights per the MR or in the company that holds the MR.WWI are in compliance and the total amount .IT has a minimum of 20% BEE plus another 2 clauses that take the total to or over the stated law amount above.Do some research.Regards to all in the waiting room.
