Saying that a company, institution or country is corrupt or incompetent is NOT racist particularly with the multi-tude of index's/information out there: Gini Index or Corruption Perceptions Index etc etc etc look them up and work it out for yourself.
Corruption and or incompetence in investing is about your risk tolerance, nothing else, not racism.
You have no excuse for that behaviour... clean it up
