Good reply - while I might not agree with many of mg post contents, in general I can't complain that he hasn't done a degree of research and spent the time to elucidate a posting which is quite different from many other company postings where typically only get a sentence of two of obvious down ramping or otherwise. The fact is you and some other posters then go to the trouble of discussing the post contents in detail - that is the perfect nature of a forum. We have the negative ideas as well as the positive. So I wouldn't want mg to stop posting or you or anyone else to stop responding. I can still give a thumbs up for a post I may disagree with difficult as it may be at times. Thanks to all the excellent work by many posters out there including yourself.
