The flood of news the last few days has really given a good insight into the Vietnam targets and a quick timetable to action.

The thought of Hardman came about because of the start with back to back wells. In Neons case the scenario is better as the markets are close, pipelines to China are close, sovereign risk is less, and hydrocarbons have already been found nearby....not to mention the diversity of Neons interests in low to high risk assets and an expanding production base.
