Yes the shareholder approval is a formality, but this would be an opportune time to update holders of their activities and hopefully something in concrete. Yes the market is sick sick sick and I am seeing some fairly solid announcements being made without any impact to SP's. Rialto will need some people taking a position on the market to create some solid SP growth. For this reason I would have like to see the Directors and management by on the market instead of by a placement.
