Dwuuuu's a funny fella right? Hellbent on downramping EXR with misinformation and lacking knowledge of the company's basic fundamentals. A prime example of why any of his posts on the company should be viewed with skepticism.

Also begs the question of why he spends so much time trying to downplay EXR? I suspect its a case of sellers remorse, having sold his shareholding way too early. He'll probably still be here downramping EXR when the shares are at $1, $2 and then about to be bought out by a major....

IMO Dwuuuu, it's not too late for one to board the EXR train. We are still in the early stages of exploration and the fundamentals indicate there is plenty of upside to come. I can't imagine how bitter you will get when EXR is at multiples of the current share price....
