Good post Axlsusie. I certainly wouldn't mind some dilution in SLLC if it actually created a positive value for SLLC in CER. It is obviously preferable to a direct dilution of CER. I have an investment in MOF and can't see that cutting the LVR to around 30% has really helped. It's ironic that my loss in value on MOF (even after taking up entitlement) is actually my worst despite MOF having gone to the market to supposedly avoid the crisis felt by other REITS!
So I hope that your analysis comes to fruition.
Have you heard any suggestions that super LLC is where a "capital transaction" might occur?
