It would appear this BOD have now gone to the retirement village. It would appear they do not understand or are not willing to adhere to their fiduciary responsively to act in the best interest of shareholders. No plan,no information as to the direction they are following. It is clear that the Gold industry is struggling across the board at the moment due to a number of issues, that is not an excuse to have no plan!
