more than 18 months back when the share price was in the 30s , I said if they want to continue this manufacture plan then raise 15 to 20 million , even if its a steep discount to the present price but raise that money and lets ramp production by 2 to 3x and what did they do ? , wait till the price crashed to 16 cents , announce a cap raise and then eventually have to settle on it at 10 cents end result , only 7 mill was raised , more debt was taken , and shareholders were diluted and the price crashed if they had raised earlier at a ridiculous price of even 20 cents the result for shareholders would have been favourable how would they have known this was going to happen ?, and its easy to look back you say well a prickle farmer from the bush knew and he has no inside information and now , do they really have the funds required to make this happen ? the last quarterly result has dented the reserves , and the future again depends on the next 2 quarters and you ask why I am so critical of management
