There may be a small few who would do this out of desperation but in most western markets (where the money is to be made) the vast majority of the cost is borne by the insurer or government, not the patient so these are the real customers, and they will not use the sheep drench! If this stuff works, there is good money to be made and many lives to be saved. This repurposing of existing drugs is a well proven business model.
