I have just been looking at Neuren and there are a few similarities between PAA and NEU.
PAA has around 1.4B shares on issue, NEU around 1.6B shares on issue, both are pharma companies with ongoing trials on drugs.
One main different is that NEU has a $25m funding partnership with the US Army of which they still have around $22m left.
PAA has only around $10m market cap with NEU having a market cap around $127m, so it would be good if PAA can get a market cap up around the $100m
