The only way is if they cannot refinance their debt and i'm pretty sure the satelite funds have stated that they are ok with funding - remember its not the servicing of debt that got cnp into trouble but their ability to roll it over. And as for your grab that they are already selling assets 1) did they make a profit and 2) don't you think that this sale was already underway?? Are they going to find it difficult while this issue is ongoing ? YES. Are they in serious trouble? NO They have 9 billion in financing commitments so as asset prices fall they will be able to pick up assets cheaper than previously possible eg how much is CNP worth now?? Anyway each to his/her own good luck
