Raising $5m in this market at 10c is a very confident signal, especially seeing the directors putting in more cash themselves. I suspect there are a few big players who have had major success with West African explorers who may well have participated in this raising, (maybe ex Papillion team, old ASXIR). If they are now on board watch out, this could jump very quickly.)
