Again, from my understanding, your post is not quite correct.
During the time OZL was in a trading halt and following (early 2009 to June 2009) there was no drilling at all. TB then came and spent time doing the strategy. So almost a whole year of drilling was lost. Since then, TB has implemented a very exploration plan that had
1. Falcon
2. Review of Falcon results
3. Gravimetrics based on falcon results
4. Review of gravimetrics to work out drilling targets
5. start drilling

1 to 4 has taken a year. OZL is now only starting 5.

I am happy for others to contradict me on this if they have more data (or a better memory!!)
