Guys, the hottest sector in town (for fundamental supply contraint, food demand, protein demand reasons) is Agriculture, and within that, the greatest movers have thus been Phosphate and Potash. After profiting (well, not actually profiting as my gains arent yet 'realised'; im holding them; havent sold) off RWD, MAK, MNM and seeing the qrtly report covering the phosphate potential and seeing the research put up here, i have decided to categorically buy into what i think is the NEXT PHOSPHATE MULTIBAGGER.
I bought nicely yesterday and today, and will buy more if the stock looks like breaking out.
As mentioned, the main reason i bought is THIS IS THE ONLY PHOSPHATE STOCK THAT HASNT PUT ON 200%+.
You do the maths, do it any way you like, the phosphate project that the company has is the CHEAPEAST going around ON THE ASX.
As Stevejd has mentioned, THIS IS ONE OF ONLY A HANDFUL OF COMPANIES THAT HAS AN ACTUAL RESOURCE. A HARD IN GROUND RESOURCE!!!
NOT JUST SMOKE AND DUST, BUT AN ACTUAL RESOURCE IN MT ISA QUEENSLAND.
The resource were talking about is a 500MT Phosphate resource at Mt Isa. As the company state, " Phosphate production economics AT MT ISA are enhanced by the presence of acid producing facilities (as a by-product of smelting at Mount Isa) and the existing rail and road infrastructure linking Mt Isa with the port of Townsville".
For me, this is what seperates GCR to most of the other juniors.
I know my money is safe as the project is going to go ahead. I hold MNM, but it is in a less actractive Phosphate region, and for that reason, has greater risks.
At Mt Isa, the project here is a NO BRAINER.
For me its always about value and the upside vs downside proposition, and 20% of 500mt phosphate at MT ISA doesnt equal a 4c share price of anthing near the current market capitalisation.
Im looking for A VERY EASY MULIT-MULTIBAGGER out of this one.
Cheers!![]()
