so let me get this straight
you want a proven totally incompetent spineless govt to run a so called stock pile when lynas would be the only supplier and could just as easily do it itself
as soon as anything went wrong lynas would have to pay and/or be blamed
every time any govt anywhere starts meddling in markets the only long term result is always it costs the people money
tax breaks for stabilty yes
tax incentives yes
but govt control never
govt should set the scene but never be actors
