how much does the RISC analysis cost anyway ?
how does it compare in cost with the savings on our subsidised daily rig rate ?
surely this is one way of reporting an update without breaking
the cone of silence rules.

if the rate for tankers shipping oil is anything to go by,
we are
not going to see a major rise in the cost of rigs in the near future.

hopefully we can complete our drilling program before upward pressure on the rig rates,
with RISC analysis we have an independent report which is beneficial to all parties.
cant see why you would'nt do it.
unfortunately, i cant find any daily index on rig rates , so im assuming when
tanker rates move up so will the rig rates.
