If that's really how it works then I stand corrected, RISC must take responsibility for the report, which, as a recipient, I take to be their unbiased independent opinion and if that is the way they do it, so be it, I'll take it into account, but others might not be so aware - I for one, up until now had assumed they actually evaluated the raw data themselves and that that was their professional and accredited expertise.
