Looking back at the chart for RMX after their acquisition of theRed Valley Lithium Brine project I find it very interesting to note that even though the acquisition was announced on 26 Oct 2016 the shares did not in fact start rising until 17 Nov 2016.
I feel we are seeing the same opportunity arise with RLC.
Again low market cap (~$2.84 mil @ 1.8c pre-acquisition) and has recently announced an acquisition of Lithium Brine tenements in Nevada, USA.
Acquisition price is $2 million and ~$1 mil will be raised by an entitlement offer.
Which gives a post Acquisition MC of $5.84 mil (Assuming raise is at 1.8c - i would hope for a presentation and more info to be released prior to this which should boost the price) and approx 320 mil shares on issues with $1.3 mil in cash on hand.
Plenty of room remaining for multi bag returns.
