    There might be Silver projects that were mothballed years ago, but do they have the funds to process it and build a plant? Theres heaps of Gold explorers in the same boat but they dont habe the funds to mine it atm.
    I understand what your getting at , but until they start producing saleable products its just talk. IMO even if the Silver production increased by say 30%, it will still get gobbled up.


    Just my opinions.
