@Upstart777 you know where that will eventually end up
@airconditioner if the other quadrant was outside this web zone, be sure to make yourself known.. The door is always open for a private message there.
I don't think that Galaxy need the consolidation.. I was against having so many shares on market at first, but I always like to see an alternative perspective and it won out in the end..
Having 1.8 billion shares on market is quite reasonable for a company that has 3 assets. - I was going to say world class but I don't want to pump this and make peoples minds switch off to the point I am trying to make.
Think of these points...
If there were 3 separate companies..
How many shares would you allocate to each asset?
Would Mt Cattlin at 800 million be reasonable considering it is producing millions of dollars already and the recent announcement screamed out to me and my good friend Chuck Norris, that Galaxy within the next few years could be producing AUD$200 million in its own right?
How much would that company be worth for Mt Cattlin alone?
If a company owned James Bay, which has the indicated potential far greater than Mt Cattlin and a DFS coming out soon, how much would that company be worth? - Would it be ok to allocate 500 million shares to that one?
What if this theoretical company had another company knock on the door and say, hey! we are a debt free company and we dont need these millions of dollars that our Mt Cattlin plant is generating.. How about we build you a plant like our one also??
Then there is this other company is Argentina called Sal De Vida. - They also have a DFS due soon and are planning to go into a demonstration mode to ensure their process works before building a ~25,000 tonne plant for lithium carbonate with a bit of hydroxide thrown in..
This theoretical company Sal De Vida only has only 500 million shares on market with a massive upside once constructed...
Sal De Vida has also been in discussion with this Mt Cattlin company and the Mt Cattlin company wants to help them out also...
What is Sal De Vida worth?
Do these 3 separate companies need to reduce their shares on the market... or are they Goldilocks just right?
Bet your wives and girlfriends are wondering why you have been looking at this post for so long.
