    ... in commercialisation.

I see some potential for similarities to a one time shooting star called Chemeq - the lesson being: beware the technology superstar that believes that commercialisation skills are able to exist within the same person.

I see significant technological value at the table from Len/Ergo/CXY, however IMO, and as has been discussed here, a significant DEVELOPMENT partner is required to leverage the current gains.

This is the real race in the UCG game.

The current burn should achieve a level of credibility that would attract many suitors. Cash is freeing up again, so timing right now is good.

This should be Len's #1 goal right now to capitalise on the great work of the past month and provide credibility in the markets that Len is planning to enter.

There is another concept in the energy industry that drives business structures:
    1. Technology provider: Takes small cash out early (1-6 months), with only technology risk.

    2. Developer: Takes large cash out once built (2-5 years), with all development and approval risks.

    3. Operate & maintainer: Takes large cash out, but spread over life of asset (20-30 years), with all trading and asset management risks.

All these roles need very different skill sets and more importantly different cash flow and profit expectations.

I see the value for CXY is #1 above on many different assets.

    Carpe Diem Len!!

    Cheers
    neo
