Carpe diem ... translated from the Latin as 'seize the day' ... or sometimes as 'enjoy the day, pluck the day when it is ripe'.

Sometimes I wonder if Len's role is misunderstood.

After near a lifetime's work, sure he would have a great knowledge of UCG. But it seems he chooses to defer to Michael Blinderman of Ergo to execute the UCG technology.

Might not Len's true role be the commercialisation stategist and architect ... he is involved in a punishing round of technical presentations in Australia and overseas at present rather than tweaking dials at Kingaroy. Michael Blinderman and staff are in Kingaroy no doubt, but nowhere to be seen on the hustings selling the UCG concept and proposition.

Len has also morphed CXY from himself and a Board to the team it is today and he no doubt empowers and expects the team to achieve.

So yes Neo I think you nailed it with "carpe diem" at this precise point in time.
